Booking Terms & Conditions
[Must read before booking]

A minimum of 8 players is required to book in a group. Please contact us prior to booking if you have less than 8 players.

GROUPS OF 8-12 PLAYERS MUST BOOK PACKAGE 1 OR ABOVE.

 

$30 NON REFUNDABLE deposit per person is required to book in all games.

​

$50 NON REFUNDABLE deposit is required for group bookings including lunch.

​​

PLEASE NOTE:

THE $30/$50 PER PERSON FEE CHARGED IS FOR THE DEPOSIT ONLY.

ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

The remaining balance of the booked packages will be due on the day prior to playing.

LATE FEE

If your group is more than 30 minutes late a $50 fee will apply to cover costs of staff.

If your group is over 1 hour late, we reserve the right to cancel your booking unless notice has been given that you will be arriving later than your start time.

All packages are pre-booked when making your booking.

We have a limited number of our upgrade packages available. please contact us if you have a group of 10+ players before booking package 2 or 3.

​

If you wish to change your package please contact us prior to the day of play to ensure availability.

Any packages changed on the day will incur a $10 per person additional charge to their package.

Please note that this will also result in a later start time for your group

and is subject to availability.
